Good Friday friends! This weekend is gonna be really busy! It’s a good thing considering I’ve been home with the baby so much. For me, sometimes it’s nice to feel busy outside the home. But I wanted to take time to get this post up in hopes this McQueen inspired Valentine’s day look blazer could reach your closet in time for the ultimate love fest! Whatever that looks like for you!
Ok this is so random, but I found this Alexander McQueen inspired Valentine’s day blazer on EBAY and THEN found out Mcqueen makes basically the same thing only higher quality (goes without saying). When I saw it, I sort of died. Those who have been following me for a while know I’m not huge on pink, but this piece was so fab I didn’t care! I didn’t even care if it was cheap (it’s not bad)! I knew I could style it and make it look cool.
If you’re looking for the real deal, Matches Fashion carries the pink satin sleeve Alexander McQueen blazer in one size for half off! Farfetch also carries the rose sleeve jacket in two sizes, but at full price, so you’re gonna pay a pretty penny.
My girlfriend Ashley owns the popular shoe brans Cecelia New York. She sent me these awesome Emmie butterfly boots in hopes I would do them the justice they deserve. Hopefully this number did the trick. I personally was pleasantly surprised! Perviously I had styled them with jeans and a black tee. They’re a fun and unexpected bootie that bring any look you pair them with to life.
I am so bummed! I stepped on my mesh Chanel choker while I was styling this outfit. I did a little jewelry CPR and sort of brought her back to life. It was touch and go for a while there. Luckily she’s here in this photo and we hope she’ll be around to amp up looks for the years to come!
I hope this McQueen inspired Valentine’s day look helps give you some direction this season. What love looks like to you, I hope you have the best holiday! xo
