While attending the August Getty’s NYFW spring 2015 collection (it was major), I was approached by an editor of the new online fashionable news site called Bastion New York and CO.. Their primary focuses are on fashion and lifestyle of the Ambitious. I really appreciate their focus on hard work and paying your dues on the road to success. We live in a culture of instant everything and can grow impatient for results. They highlight and focus on people in the industry working HARD and putting in the time and talent to make their dreams come true. I always have a little birdie (or Oprah) in my head reminding me that luck is when preparation meets opportunity. They were so lovely to work with and I wish them all the success in the world! So awesome Ang! I knew you were something special when you didn’t wear the hideous off trend date dance dresses the rest of us were in HS. You knew how to navigate fashion even when our resources were limited!
