Fourth of July in Tie Dye

As I was pondering what to wear on 4th of July, I felt a surge of bohemian energy come my way. I thought to myself, why not let my inner tie dye goddess shine?? I already know that the American Flag will be taken no matter where I go. When I saw this killer editorial shot (above), it spoke (and shrieked and whistled and crackled) loudly to me…….kind of like a firework (wah wah)! I love this look because it’s beautiful and put together, but at the same time is extremely comfortable and works well as you transition from day to night.
Ladies, let’s all agree that we usually end up working double time on holidays. Whether you’re a mom, daughter or sister, there are almost always an absurd amount of tasks at hand in order to make the holiday special for our loved ones. Because we are all so preoccupied it’s nice to know that this look hides all of the soda, hot dog, cotton candy and other carnie delicacy stains that the events of the day will leave all over you (thanks bambinos)!
Maxi dresses are pretty much universally flattering! Give em’a whirl! Have a loving and safe holiday, won’t you?? xo
