Black Guns N Roses Concert Tee NYFW | Black Skinny Sailor Jeans | Asos Black Velvet Choker | Sam Edelman Bernadette Grey Suede boots | Misguided Black Silk Duster | Preowned Chanel Silver Perforated Boy Bag
“Mom, you love GNR don’t you?” “Yes son I do! Here is the thing though….STAY AWAY from drugs!” It’s funny because I make no excuses for my love of Guns N Roses, but when my sons inquire about my love of music and my favorite bands, I gush about their indcredible talent and hard work followed by a looooong lecture about how drugs and alcohol can ruin your life. It’s the mama bear in me I guess.
Now lets talk about this Guns N Roses NYFW concert tee look! Unlike most Guns N Roses concert tee shirts, I was lucky enough to get this one at their Not In This Lifetime Tour concert in Seattle. I waited 20 something long years for that band to get back together, so I kind of went BANANAS at the tee shirt stand. Between my beau, his son and me, we got 20 something pieces for ourselves and friends. It’s been my go to piece ever since. Since the military trend is on fire right now I paired this tee with some high waisted sailor shorts. In order to stay seasonally appropriate (and warm), I then paired the tee and shorts with these grey suede knee high boots and a long silk duster.
Although I am partial to this specific tee, If you have any old concert tee lying around I recommend giving this look a go. You could also try it with high waisted denim or a mini skirt. When you think of iconic concert tee shirts, this particular Guns N Roses tee I wore to NYFW is right up there with all the others. They may not have had the popularity of the Beatles, but this tee will last forever.
Paige Nicole shot this look for me in the Tribeca neighborhood of NYC at NYFW 2016.
Thanks for stopping by! Please have a great day!

Ive been dying to go to a rock concert like AC/DC but never can find someone to come along with me. None of my friends like the same kind of music as I do bahahahaha!
