Over the holiday, I enjoyed a whirlwind long weekend in NYC. I have been so fortunate to get to travel to the city for business and pleasure on a regular basis. I’m a HUGE believer in working hard and playing hard….which was precisely what I did on this getaway! Lucky for me, one of my best friends lives there too! Because of all of these factors, I can’t tell you how much I love being in the city. It’s chaos, but I LOVE it….my usual run down is as follows…..
1. Wake up and hit some fabulous brunch with friends (I eat my way through the city, but it’s all good cause I walk off the calories). 2. Meet with vendors and/or boutiques and shoot new looks or products 3. Hit SOHO or 5th avenue for some shopping, collection viewing and to get inspired by local street style 4. late late lunch which usually means a great cup of tea and a dessert (cornuts, levain cookies or any other new fabulous “must try” city treat/trend) 5. relax and change for evening 6. Dinner and a hell of a time Yes, It’s true that I get very little sleep there, but honestly, I don’t mind it too much. It allows to hit my flight home feeling exhausted. Which means the trip home won’t feel as long (good news for my A.D.D). Then I am all refreshed to see my babies. So there you have it…a loose version of my NYC routine! How do you spend your days in NYC?? More importantly what do you eat?! Thank you!
That bag is my dream!
It’s actually pretty affordable! Go for it!
As always, you look simply stunning. I’ve spent a great deal of time in NY but I’ve never had the kind of time you describe. Your life is so fun.
It’s a lot of fun, but by far from perfect. Thank you
Just came back from NY and I’m with you on getting very little sleep! There’s always something to do!

So lucky to visit NYC it would be amazing, I love the organised chaos of the city! This outfit has city chic written all over it. And just have to mention how perfectly your curls fall x

Have a great time!
I was in NYC over the long weekend as well with some girlfriends for a bachelorette. We had a blast eating, sightseeing and drinking in some local pubs.
The food in New York is amazing! We of course had to try Shake Shack, STK for a lovely dinner, and The Russian Tea Room.
Sounds like you hit up some great spots! I hope you had the best time Leah. xo
