While shopping during NYFW, my girlfriends almost talked me into an amazing pair of teal Altuzarra booties. Honestly, when I compare the difference between designer velvet vs non designer velvet, the conclusion is always the same……VELVET IS VELVET so why pay more? I never regret paying for a high quality leather or incredible handwork, but there are some materials that don’t change according to price point. I will be adding these cute little Steve Madden Jaque velvet booties to my wardrobe this season.
