So often in fashion, black, monotone and more black are everything. Trust me I am VERY guilty of this. So when a bright happy trend comes along, it’s fun to take advantage. Because I don’t normally dress really bright and cheery, I decided to try the trend with some affordable rainbow stripe knits under fifty dollars. I did come across this gorgeous Burberry rainbow stripe turtleneck sweater. Considering my monotone clothing is like my Linus blanket, I decided to pass for something more budget friendly like the ASOS top above.

You get the cool mom jean look without the unflattering baggage that comes along with the mom jean trend. I have a very straight waist line and they give me a little more curve.
