I am thrilled to be sharing one of my favorite designers of the past 10 years. Moncler is the epitome of hip ski, sport and apres ski wear. It’s the winter wear brand fashionistas can’t live without! When battling the freezing temperature in NYC or hitting the slopes here in Utah I depend in my Moncler attire to keep me warm (and look effortlessly cool while doing it). Simply put, Moncler has got the “it” factor. With their combination of classic tailoring and functional sportswear Monler makes for incredibly cool/high quality activewear.

Almost every time I travel to major city I try to hit up at least one Moncler boutique. What always amazes me is how every individual person tailors Moncler pieces to their specific style. It’s global brand that can be worn accordingly. I love this Vogue article that features eight women in Moncler and how they styled Moncler pieces to fit their personal taste. With different colors, patterns and fabrics, you can comfortably wear Moncler without looking like everyone else.
Ok, so now let’s get down to reality….Moncler pieces are really expensive. But, let me remind you what your paying for. First, incredibly high quality products with beautiful artistic design (lace, velvet, zippers, logos). Second, you’re investing in staying warm! Seriously guys, we’ve all felt the east coast wind chill that makes you want to hibernate for life. Moncler keeps you insanely warm and stylish! As a girl from Utah investing in Moncler pieces is the smartest closet friendly move I’ve made in a long time! I where them ALL the time. Third, a Moncler jacket is a very coveted piece that sets you apart from the crowd. Their jackets elevate everything you wear them with. Trust me, you’ll never regret a Moncler purchase…and I am not being paid for this article!
As you can see, I paired my black and white Maglia jacket, ivory turtleneck and my wedge Zellie boots (all Moncler) with an affordable Band of Gypsies velvet tulip skirt and an asos pom beanie. Mixing high end and affordable helps balance your look so you don’t look like the schmuck that bought an outfit right off the mannequin! You can pair a Moncler jacket with just about anything. I love wearing mine with a cool pair of worn out boyfriend jeans and an old pair of Chanel biker boots.
Moncler pieces sell out crazy fast, so hurry up and get the winter wear brand fashionistas can’t live without! xoxo
