After a long day of shopping and eating in NYC, one of my best friends hailed me a cab from Levain bakery back to my hotel near Grand Central station.  She is the ultimate caretaker and I love her for it! Anyhow,  I was so exhausted, car sick and over stimulated from shopping, that couldn’t wait to get back to my room to take a shower and rest my feet that had doubled in size.  As I was on my way back, I saw the bright lights of Bloomingdales flash before my eyes, and I couldn’t resist….”pull over Mr.!” I used what little sugar rush was left in me from devouring my fabulous Levain cookie and made a mad dash through all 4 or 5 levels of the store.  I ended up with one thing…this hot pink and leather Milly Nora top.  If you ask me it was well worth the near mid store collapse that might have taken place… after all, pink is the new pink (not gonna lie…totally did that for SEO purposes).
