I think I must be part fish or mermaid (lets say mermaid, bc who doesn’t want to be one) , because I am forever and for always drawn to sparkle.  A lot of women are frightened by sequins/sparkle for fear they might look too formal or glamourous.  One of the most wearable ways to do sequin is to dress it down with a casual item.  Then it becomes a lot more wearable.  Should you need something fancy, you have the sparkle to dress up as well….VOILA!  I love pairing sequin pants, skirts or shorts with a wordy tee or a chambray top.  Sequin tops like this one are great with denim, casual shorts or a flowing maxi.  
 
This Balmain inspired top by Zara (one of my favorite designers, see below), is a MAJOR fraction of the designer’s price!  The price makes it a safe piece to try.  I would love to hear new and creative ways to wear sequins…let me know how you like to wear them!
