I teamed up with Laura Boswell of walkinginmemphisinhighheels.com to bring you a day and night styling series. What we did was pick one common wardrobe item and style a day and night look around it. The piece we picked was the ever timeless motorcycle jacket.
I decided to pair my daytime look with some faux leather shorts. Shorts make for an unexpected (but awesome) fall or winter (with tights) look. I love to tweak classics with something edgy. It just gives it that extra “umph” (whatever that means)! I am GAGA over these Saint Laurent Paris booting zipper booties. The zipper and pop of red adds so much to what would be a classic black bootie…not to mention they have the sexiest stilleto heel! Finally, I topped it off with this beautiful and very inexpensive forever21 tartan scarf. It has become my new favorite fall accessory and it’s under twenty dollars!
