Globally Inspired Nicobar

I am so honored to be collaborating with the new Fashion Brand Nicobar.  Nicobar does a lovely job of creating clothing that is inspired by travel. Like taking an adventure across the Indian Ocean or a global nomad that loves to mix their pieces with unique finds from all around the world.  When clothing has purpose and true inspiration, it becomes art and the costumer connects to it on a deeper level.

The Nicobar woman/man is fresh, aspirational and curious about the world (sounds like a lot of people I know including myself).  What I love most about the brand is that it’s soooo comfortable.  I am all about comfortably modern fashion.  As a mom of two rowdy boys and crazy Bulldogs, I can’t wear high end, stuffy fashions all the time.  It just doesn’t make any sense.  With Nicobar, I know I am going to look cool and current without compromising my daily routine.

Their fabrics are soft, breezy and easy like Sunday morning (hey Lionel). Both the floral wrap dress and the front knot dress are made of viscose mixes. That means they’re super soft and light. Yay!  The wrap top is a type of cotton that has a denim look, but feels a lot softer.  It’s such a good top for those of us who love basics that are unique.  Pair the top with wide legs pants, cropped denim or anything really! Lastly, the overlap pants are a cotton linen mix that work well with either a tee, crop top or even a longer top.  They are so versatile because you can roll them up or down to flatter whatever shoe or top you’re wearing them with.
