We’re almost to the weekend, which means we’re almost to Thanksgiving week and all the inevitable holiday parties! So this post is a complete holiday party dress shop, any look you need – it’s here!

Alright, these looks are for the fancy schmancy events of the season. For starters, this revamped 80’s dream. Johanna Ortiz has reconstructed the velvet and satin into a glamorous shoulder-bow dress. Now, if you want to stand out, go for the gold metallic with the thigh high slit! You can also stand out in this sequin body con, ow ow! Both this and the gold metallic are under $300! Plus, this forest green lace midi is under $150! These are great options that won’t break the bank. Or if you want subdued fancy, try the pink satin maxi, which is perfect for just about anything. Another great subdued is the luxe J. Crew grey velour. Also, The Zimmerman in blush is so lovely and is a piece you can wear all year long.

Transitional

Alright, these shorter dresses are great transition items. You can restyle them to wear at multiple gatherings and holiday events. First up, the classics! I am obsessing over this Saint Laurent crepe dress, I mean just look at those mesh sleeves! This number is definitely worth splurging for. Now, the creme number next to it is a winter must. It is warm and comfy, and ready to be worn November through February. Next, the lovely Kate Spade metallic that sparkles and pleats.

The red Alexa Chung is sheer and stunning, basically Christmas all wrapped up in a dress. Similarly, the Self Portrait minidress is holiday-esque, and a bit sexy! I love the red and blues at play here.
