I have always been a sucker for an off the shoulder silhouette.  Nothing is more beautiful to me that a woman’s neckline and collar bones.  I remember as a little girl trying to pull my nightgown off my shoulders….I thought it was very fancy and it instantly made me feel like a grown up (a sexy grown up).  This Lookbook Store off the shoulder top not only makes for a beautiful neckline, but the peplum at the bottom creates another interesting silhouette.  All around it’s a really intersting piece.

I like to pair unexpected pieces together to create an origonal combo.  Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.  If you don’t try at all it’s hard to find your own unique combinations. When I put this peplum top on my initial thought was to pair it with a skirt or skinny jeans. I remembered seeing a street savvy women in Europe (of course) that had on a pair of boyfriend jeans with a very lady like top.  Her combination inspired me to try boyfriend jeans with this peplum top and I am happy with the results.  As far as the McQueen spike stud choker….I could DIE. I wear it with everything! Oh and good news…it’s now on sale.
